Vancouver Business Plan Writer & Consultant

Business Plan Writer Vancouver

Hi there! Nice to e-meet you! I’m Kapil Munjal — a business plan writer, globetrotter, and kombucha enthusiast based in Vancouver, BC. I landed in Canada in 2009 to pursue my MBA at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, and what began as an academic journey quickly turned into a love affair with the Pacific Northwest. Originally from the royal city of Jaipur, India (and no — not Punjab! India has 28 states and 8 union territories, and Jaipur is in Rajasthan), I traded forts, palaces, and desert sunsets for ocean air, mountain views, rain-soaked forests, and endless hiking trails.

I’m super inspired by the character of each neighbourhood and always up for exploring somewhere new — even if my not-so-perfect sense of direction occasionally turns it into an unexpected cross-border adventures. When I’m not writing fancy business plans, you might find me working on my thrusters and push presses at 1UP CrossFit in New Westminster, trying a new vegetarian restaurant somewhere in the Lower Mainland, or searching for kombucha and golden kiwifruit at local health food stores. Some evenings, I’m practicing my cross-body lead skills at Baza Dance Studio, and at other times, you’ll find me with a big cup (or three) of almond-milk chai latte and my MacBook at one of the cozy coffee shops in Downtown New Westminster

Professionally, my vision is simple: to provide a seamless, thoughtful, and strategic business plan consulting experience. Since 2011, I’ve helped entrepreneurs and established businesses bring their ideas to life through clear, compelling, and investor-ready business and financial plans. I founded Adept Business Plans Inc. after recognizing a gap in the marketplace for truly customized, high-quality business planning services tailored to each founder’s unique vision. I love doing great work for great people building meaningful things.

I develop business plans that are impressive yet clear, simple to understand, and adaptable for multiple audiences. If you’re looking to collaborate, refine an idea, build something new, or want to just say hello, I’d love to connect. Thanks for taking the time to read!
